Treat your guest's nails with primer and base them with Nail Smart base general primer. In this case, too, you need to use the UV lamp, but now just keep your guest's fingernails under it for a minute. All we have to do is apply Neonica. If you apply this gel polish in 2 layers, then after each layer use a UV lamp. After that, there is nothing to do but apply Ultra Shine Top Coat Gel and UV lamp for two minutes.
